Aligned with UCA UK, misconduct includes harassment, assault, coercion, and distribution of private images without consent. These definitions ensure clarity and fairness for all students. Learn more here.

Students can use UCA UK’s Report + Support platform to make anonymous or named reports, ensuring sensitive handling and access to professional support services.
No NDAs Policy
UCA UK does not use non-disclosure agreements in harassment or misconduct cases, ensuring transparency, accountability, and prioritising the wellbeing of students.
